All absentee bids must be received no later than 5pm (Eastern Time) on Friday (01/03/25). Sorry, absentee bidding is not available at our country auctions or Estate Sales. We accept absentee bids via phone up to FRIDAY 5pm the day prior to the auction. After we receive your "Absentee Bid" you may receive a phone call from one of our staff to confirm your bid and to obtain Credit Card and additional payment information. Unless you have a permanent credit card on file, you must provide a valid credit card prior to the auction. Failure, or refusal, to do so will negate all of your submitted absentee bids. Immediate payment via valid credit card is required at the completion of successful bidding. Subsequent shipping fees (via USPS) will be charged to a valid credit card as soon as practical. No absentee bids will be accepted in amounts less than $50.00 without prior consent of the auction firm. When two or more absentee bids exist for any one item, the minimum the item could sell for (via absentee) must be no less than the amount of the lowest absentee bid plus one additional bid increment. It will be the responsibility of the absentee bidder to obtain a condition report for any and all lots on which the absentee bidder intends to place an absentee bid. By placing an absentee bid, a person or organization placing the absentee bids(s) agrees that he/she or organization is satisfied that the condition of the item, on which the bid is placed, is satisfactory and meets the minimum requirements of the bidder. The absentee bidder agrees that any absentee bid placed on any item signifies that the bidder holds the auction firm free of any subsequent claim regarding the condition of the auction item. The absentee bidder acknowledges that he/she or the organization leaving the bid(s) has the right to examine the item in person prior to the auction or may have a representative examine the item on the bidder's behalf prior to the auction. Special Note: Bids received from the auction floor in live bidding on the day of the auction will take precedence over identical absentee bids. Payment for successful Absentee Bidding must include the 10% buyers premium. Successful absentee bids must include a phone number or other method for immediate contact.
